5X Pepper Chicken Wings Recipe
With 5 kinds of peppers, these might be the hottest wings in existence. You might have a water drought by the time you guys finish.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 lbs. Chicken Wings
8 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Fresh Garlic, chopped
3 Cups Hot Sauce
2 Habanero Peppers
2 Jalapeno Peppers
2 Red Chile Peppers
2 Yellow Wax Peppers
2 Thai Chile Peppers
Salt and Pepper
Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 300 degrees F and the oven to 400 degrees F.
Directions:
Fry the wings for 15 minutes in the hot oil. While cooking, de-seed and chop each of the peppers. Make sure to turn the wings occasionally. Then drain the wings on a paper towel.
When drained, transfer to a shallow baking dish and place in the oven for 15 minutes, flipping once in the middle.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Mix in the garlic, hot sauce, habaneros, jalapenos, red chilies, yellow waxes, and thai chilies. Reduce the heat to medium low and cook for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and coat the wings.
Reduce the heat in the oven to 350 degrees F, and bake for 10 more minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes.
