Crispy Chicken Wings Recipe
Crunchy and spicy, one of the best combinations!
Ingredients:
10 chicken Wings, cut into thirds and wing tips discarded (defrosted and dried if frozen)
Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Hot Sauce
1/4 Cup Butter
Dash of Garlic Powder
Dash of Ground Pepper
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
Bleu Cheese Dressing
Directions:
In a small saucepan, over low heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and pepper. The butter should be melted and everything well blended.
In a bowl, combine the paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and flour.
Combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt in a bowl.
Wash the wings, cutting them into third, and discarding the wing tips. Put the wings in a large bowl, and coat the wings in the flour mixture, refrigerate for 90 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F.
Add the wings to the deep fryer, and fry them for 13 to 15 minutes, until they start turning dark brown.
Let the wings drain on a paper down. Place the wings into a large bowl and add the sauce, making sure the wings are covered evenly.
Serve with Bleu cheese dressing.
