With cayenne pepper, these are definitely hot chicken wings.  Be prepared!

Ingredients:

12 Chicken Wings, cut into thirds, tips discarded

1/4 Cup Malt Vinegar

1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar

2 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce

2 Tbsp. Catalina Salad Dressing

1 Tbsp. Chili Powder

1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

1 tsp. Garlic, minced

1 pinch Dried Oregano

1 tsp. Prepared Horseradish (optional)

1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour

3 Tbsp. Chili Powder

4 Cups Peanut Oil

Hot Pepper Sauce to taste

Directions:

Mix together the malt vinegar, red wine vinegar, hot pepper sauce, salad dressing, chili powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, garlic, and horseradish, in a large bowl.

In a deep-fryer, heat the oil to 365 degrees F.  Mix together the 3 Tbsp. of chili powder and flour, in a bowl.  Cover the wings in the flour mixture.

Fry the wings for 15 minutes, until they are dark brown, but not burnt.  Drain the wings, and place them into the sauce bowl.  Coat liberally.  You can add more hot sauce if you want them hotter.

And Enjoy!
