Jack’s Chicken Wing Recipe
Every time we cook these wings, there are never any left. I think this means success.
Ingredients:
16 Chicken Wings
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 small Onion, chopped
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Directions:
Combine vinegar, corn syrup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, chili powder, onion, and garlic, into a saucepan. Boil, then reduce heat, and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
While waiting, cut the chicken wings into 3 pieces, and discard the tips. Place in a greased 15x10x1” baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, flipping once.
Then brush on the sauce, and bake for 20 to 25 more minutes, flipping once and basting with the sauce again.
Serve with the additional sauce.
And Enjoy!
